Meet Maria Antonia, a Grade 11 student from Brazil, as she shares her journey of academic achievement, athletic development, and personal growth at William Academy.
During her first year at William Academy, Maria Antonia embraced every opportunity to challenge herself both in the classroom and on the volleyball court. With the support of dedicated teachers, counselors, and staff, she successfully balanced strong academic performance with competitive athletics while preparing for her future university goals. Her involvement in clubs, extracurricular activities, and volleyball tournaments helped her build confidence, develop leadership skills, and create a well-rounded student experience.
Living in residence allowed Maria Antonia to form meaningful friendships with students from around the world while gaining greater independence and experiencing new cultures. From unforgettable trips to Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Canada's Wonderland to traveling with her teammates for volleyball competitions, she created memories that will last a lifetime.
Maria Antonia's journey is a wonderful example of how William Academy provides students with the support, opportunities, and international community to excel academically, pursue their passions, and grow into confident, independent young adults prepared for the future.
